Ingredients

  • 5 cupsRice
  • 8 piecesCarrots
  • 2Fishes
  • Vegetable oil
  • 4Green pepper
  • Salt
  • 5 piecesTatasi
  • 2 teaspoonGarlic and ginger paste
  • 3 sachetsFresh tomatoes paste
  • 2Onion
  • Jollof rice spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the rice and wash it.Boil the fish adding salt,onion,thyme for 4minutes.

  2. 2

    Fry the tomato paste and onion in vegetable oil,add garlic and ginger paste,salt,maggi cubes,and jollpf rice spice.

  3. 3

    After 5minutes,next is the stock and water leave it to boil very well and put in the parboiled rice.

  4. 4

    Stir from under to the top and cover to boil.cut carrots and green pepper pour into the rice.stir and food is ready.
