Ingredients

serves 2 servings
  • 5Potatoes (irish) *3 Egg *Seasonings nd spices *Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take your potatoes and peel, grate them with a grater. 

    Put in a sieve and sieve out the water (potatoes naturally have water in them).Steam the grated potato until soft. Bring down and Add seasonings.

    In a seperate bowl break eggs, add seasonings. Add the steamed grated potato into the eggs. 

    Take an aluminium foil paper, fold it and make ur desired shape.

    Take a non sticky frying pan, put it on medium heat and place the folded aluminium foil on it, rub vegetable oil on the sides of the paper to prevent it from sticking. Add veg oil in the middle of the paper and add the egg and potato mixture.

    When you notice it has started frying/toasting, pull out the foil paper gently, let it toast well and turn the other side to also fry. You can Serve this with ketchup if you wish!
