7 cupsflour
1 cupsugar
7 tbsbaking powder
500 gbutter
2 cupsNkomazi
2 tbsvanilla essence
1egg, beaten

Mix butter and sugar until dissolve and creamy

Mix flour and baking powder

Pour nkomaz and vanilla on this mixture and mix together
4

Roll it out and cut it with a glass to make round shapes and rub it on top with a beaten egg for 15 minutes until golden brown in colour
