Steps

Wash and chop the beans, carrots and potatoes. Wash the peas. keep aside.

Grate the paneer and keep aside.

Heat kadai and add oil. Add the mustard seed. Once it sputters add the curry leaves and chanadal. Stir and fry for a minute.

Add hing. Now throw in all the veggies and paneer. Add garam masala, chilli powder and salt according to taste. Cover kadai and let it cook. Open after 10 - 15mts. Add coriander, stir well and serve with hot rotis.
