Grate the paneer finely. Mix it into milk and keep it for boiling in low flame. Adding paneer gives a very nyc texture to your custard but it is important to grate it very finely.

In a bowl, mix custard powder(flavorless) and 3 tbsp of milk and 2 pinches of EDIBLE camphor. If you do not know about edible camphor then use flavored custard powder.

When the milk starts boiling add sugar.

When the sugar dissolves and completely and the milk boils add in the custard powder mixture slowly by continuosly stirring. Continue stirring it for another 3 minutes and put off the flame.

Allow it to cool. Meanwhile, chop the nuts and dice the fruits.

When it's completly cool add in the fruits and nuts.Keep some nuts for garnish.

Refrigerate it for good 3-4 hours and help yourself.
