Wash and parboil rice, while that is, select dirts off beans and wash, slice onions add to beans, add water Nd boil till soft, When the rice boils, wash again and then mix them both and boil with a little salt till properly cooked.

Blend onions, tomatoes, pepper, Shobo, ginger and garlic together. Parboil when done put on medium heat to boil and dry it's water off

Wash assorted and season with onions, pepper, Tyme,cubes and salt, allow to cook and bring out it's water while it absorbs the seasonings, after some minutes add water and cover to steam properly then put aside wen cooked enough.

Pour vegetable oil in a pot and wen hot add a little dry Tyme for flavour and the the blended/boiled tomatoes paste and allow to cook, stir so it doesn't burn and allow to cook till it tastes okay then pour in the meat stock and allow to cook, taste to confirm seasonings are appropriate and if not add what's less and then cook for abt 10minutes and add curry powder (I make the best by the way 😁) stir and cook for 2minutes and it's ready.
