Steps

Add the water to a pot and bring to the boil.

Then add in the stock cube, parsley and rice. Cover with lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Some rice may stick to the bottom of the pot.

If needs be and the rice isn't cooked after 10 minutes add a little more water as and when if its dried out and allow to cook through.
