  • 100 gmspizza Dough
  • 50 gmspizzaiolla sauce
  • 2large red ripe tomatoes
  • Bunchbasil leaves
  • 100 gmsgrated Mozzarella
  • Sweet peppers mixed(optional)
  • 3 tbsolive oil

Steps

    Roll out the dough and spread sauce

  2. 2

    Top up with the cheese, then tomatoes and basil leaves, fresh

  3. 3

    Drizzle olive oil and bake till burnt at the edges slightly, (its a crisp pizza)
