Gather all the ingredients.Peel the mangoes and take out all the pulp

Boil them in 1 cup of water till they become tender and soft

Now let them cool..In mixer jar put pulp, 1tsp of rock salt, sugar and cumin seeds now grind them..

Seive the pulp so that all the fibers will remove.. now add 5 cups of water, salt and stir it. Churn the mint leaves in a cup of water and add them..

Pour it in glass.. put some ice cubes and enjoy

I am very much attached to making things from their raw form. This is one recipe that I inherited from my mother. She always made this in summers with her home grown mangoes and used jaggery for sweetener instead of sugar and flavoured it with some roasted masalas which gave a unique taste to it.
