Sweet Milk Rolls

I recently saw this recipe and since I wanted to make regular bread rolls, I decided to try it out and I fell in love with the outcome.
These sweet milk Rolls are simply divine, ultra light and so fluffy. DELICIOUS with any spread, warm cup of choco or any brevage and honestly it made our weekend breakfast amazing...
So simple but the result so good.😃😄😁

Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Then make a well in the middle.

Warm up the heavy cream and milk input till its lukewarm,. Pour the into the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula. (I.use dmy hands)

Then turn turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead well for about 8mins. To form a soft dough..(don't over knead the dough, so the rolls don't turn out hard)

Place the dough back into the bowl and leave in a warm place to double in size for 60mins. After 60 mins, punch down and divide into 9-12 equal portions

Place each portion on a buttered pan and leave in a warm place to double in size for another 30mins.

Bake in a preheated over for 20-25mins. To make the glaze. Dissolve the sugar in the hot water, stir to form a thick syrup, using a brush, glaze he warm baked rolls with the syrup and let it sit in the oven for 2mins.
