Ingredients

  • 1/2Boiled beef meat
  • Pilau spices
  • 1/2pishori rice
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbsptomatoe puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil n the sufuria and sau'te onions then add spices and stir

  2. 2

    Add garlic,meat,tomatoe puree and mix them then add water

  3. 3

    When it start boiling add rice stir taste and cover and let it cook till the water is all dry
