Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsvermicili (cooked and leftover)
  2. 1boiled & mashed potato
  3. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 inchgrated ginger
  6. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  7. 2tablspoons chopped coriander
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 cupor more Bread crumbs as needed
  10. 2 tsppeanuts crushed
  11. Oil for pan frying

Steps

  1. 1

    As I used cooked vermicelli which already had carrots, peas sautéed with onions, so I didn’t use any vegetables again

  2. 2

    If you are using just boiled vermicelli then add vegetables of your choice

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  4. 4

    Add breadcrumbs to it so that they can hold a shape

  5. 5

    Now shape them as per your liking and keep them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes

  6. 6

    Keep a non stick pan on low flame

  7. 7

    Add oil for pan frying

  8. 8

    When it's hot place cutlets and let them fry on low flame

  9. 9

    Turn the side and let them cook again

  10. 10

    Once they are crisp on both the sides, remove them from the pan

  11. 11

    Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup
