As I used cooked vermicelli which already had carrots, peas sautéed with onions, so I didn’t use any vegetables again

If you are using just boiled vermicelli then add vegetables of your choice

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Add breadcrumbs to it so that they can hold a shape

Now shape them as per your liking and keep them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes

Keep a non stick pan on low flame

Add oil for pan frying

When it's hot place cutlets and let them fry on low flame

Turn the side and let them cook again

Once they are crisp on both the sides, remove them from the pan

Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup
