Ingredients

200 gcooked (or tinned) lentils
1/3rd cucumber
80 gfeta, crumbled
6semi-dried tomatoes
8baby plum tomatoes (halved)
1-2 tablespoonssesame seeds (or pumpkin)
Handfulfresh mint (or basil or dill)
To taste
French dressing
Black pepper

Prepare all ingredients

Mix lentils, cucumber and mint. Season with dressing.

Add all other ingredients except rocket
4

Add rocket either as a base or mixed through. Season with pepper
