Chhole with stuffed naan

Soak white chhole over night with Cinnamon stick,black cardamon.take all these things into a pressure cooker and add some salt.make them boiled and cook until they get soft.turn the flame. Keep it side.

Take a thick kadahi add bay leaf, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, whole Red chilli,asfodita 1 pinch. After few seconds add chopped onions,Ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Saute few seconds. Then low the flame and add spices like termric powder, coriander powder, chhole masala,degi mirch,salt and mix it well. don't get burn.add tomato paste.stir it.when you see masala leaves oil then add chhole.mix it well. Make them boiled. Cook it medium to low flame.

Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves..

Serve hot with naan and vegi salsa..
