In a bowl take curd mix half of the dry spices add salt add paneer keep aside for 15 mintues... heat a pan put oil salow fry the paneer keep it aside

For gravy heat a pan add cumin seeds let it crackle now add ginger garlic chilli paste then add onion mix it now add tomato paste then add the left half dry spices all together except salt add water now cookit for 10 mintues when mixture get dry add salt 3 tbsp water cook for 2 mintues now add cream mix well then add the paneer cook for 3 mintues more atlast add the chopped Coriander your paneer tikka masala is ready to dig in
