Steps

Dissolve cocoa in hot coffee n stir until well incorporated.

Cream sugar with butter until light.

Add inn the egg one at a time plus the vanilla essence.

Sift the dry ingredients and add in three additions alternating with the cocoa coffee mixture.

Fill 3/4full on your greased muffin pan or paper lined muffin tins.

Bake at 180degrees for 17-20 mins check at the 16th mins coz ovens are different when inserted toothpick comes out dry they are ready. Don't exceed the minutes coz we want them spongy n soft.

U can decorate once ready n cooled or serve them with milk as they Are.
