Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled beans
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 bunchcorriander
  • 2Royco cubes
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, Royco cubes and cover for 3minutes

  3. 3

    Add beans and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Add a cup of water cover for 5mins

  5. 5

    Garnish with corriander and serve with rice
