Prepare all your ingredients (chop your kales, spinach and coriander) in a bowl and mix them

In a pan, heat your cooking oil till its ready (producing a fine smell) Add the chopped onions and salt then saute them to golden brown

Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer till they form a paste
- 4
Now put the mixture of the chopped kales, spinach and coriander and simmer for a few seconds to seal in the juices that facilitate in vitamin C

Serve hot and enjoy
