Heat oil add sabut garam masala and onion and tomato paste cook till light brown. Now add ginger garlic green chilli paste and cook till golden brown. Add kaju paste and milk cook for 1 min. If gravy is to thick we can add water or more milk to adjust the consistency.

Now add salt sugar red chilli powder haldi powder garam masala and cook for another q min in low flame. Now at this point add paneer cut into cubes and add to the gravy. Mix gently so that paneer do not break cover and cook for 2mins.

Now add cream and kasuri methi powder and remove from flames. our paneer makhni is ready to serve with naan chapiti or paratha. Hope you like it.
