Ingredients

3 people
  • 2eggplants
  • 2radishes
  • 400 gTomato can
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • wine
  • olive oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry eggplants and radishes with olive oil, garlic and salt.

  2. 2

    When the vegetables are cooked, add tomato can and oregano.

  3. 3

    Cook with small fire until everything is cooked well.
