Ingredients

  • 250 gramKabuli chana soaked overnight
  • 1onion
  • 2green chilli
  • 4garlic
  • 1/2 inchGinger
  • 2tomato puree
  • 10Kaju
  • 1 spoonkharbuje ke Beej
  • 1 cupcream
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaves
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 spoonEverest ka Chole masala
  • 1 spooncoriander leaves
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Chana with salt soda in a pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Onion,ginger, garlic, green chilli, Kaju, kharbuje ke Beej roast in one teaspoon oil and make a fine paste

  3. 3

    Take a whole pan heat oil add cumin seeds, bay leaves crackle, add onion garlic paste and salt saute add chole masala rost leave oil, now add tomato puree Mix well rost slow flame 1 minute

  4. 4

    Add boil Chana cook 2 or 3 minute medium flame now add half cup cream mix well nicely remove gas flame. Decorate cream and coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Serve, kulche, bhature,Puri, rice, etc
