    Beef boil till tender add oil and garlic and onions add tomatoes let them cook until they form source like paste add salt

  2. 2

    Ugali boil1 cup water add flour till it it hardens let it cook

  3. 3

    Different pan put oil add your kales steam for 2minutes and remove
