Initially i was to make scrambled eggs. Once i got in the kitchen i had a change of mind and decided on egg in a bread hole. I have never done it before... My sons love it.

Initially i was to make scrambled eggs. Once i got in the kitchen i had a change of mind and decided on egg in a bread hole. I have never done it before... My sons love it.

Slice your freshly baked bread(Check profile for bread recipe)...

Make a hole as shown

Under medium heat, place the bread on a non stick pan and put alittle butter in each hole.

Drop your eggs in each hole and sprinkle little salt
- 5
Let it brown and flip/turn over
- 6
Serve immediately with a cup of tea or a glass of juice.
