Cream margarine with sugar until fluffy add the beaten egg.Add the flour mixed with baking powder gradually beat into a creamed mixture.

Tint the remaining dough red shape into a long roll then wrap, the remaining 1/3 cup tint green wrap then refrigerate them until firm.

On a slightly floured surface roll the plain dough into a rectangle place the red dough and plain roll on short end of the green dough wrap and refrigerate until firm.

Unwrap cut into slices place them on a greased baking sheet press in the raising or chocolate chip to resemble the watermelon cookies.

Cook until firm then cool them.
