A rich mix of cottage cheese with coloured capsicums and masalas.
Steps

Cut paneer,green capsicum,red capsicum and yellow capsicum into thick strips.

Heat oil in a non-stick kadai,add cumin seeds and onions. Saute for 3-4 minutes.

When onions soften,add ginger paste and garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder,mix and saute.

Add cashewnut paste and mix.

Add yogurt and mix.

Then add tomato puree and stir well.

Now add green,red and yellow capsicum strips and mix. Saute for 1 minute.

Then add salt,panner strips, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and mix.

Now add crumbled mawa and give a nice stir. Cook for more 5 minutes.

Now add liquid milk and stir.

Bring to a boil and switch off the flame.

Garnish with fresh coriander springs and serve.
