  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 6 tablespoonswater
  5. 1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa flour
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 235 gramsbutter
  8. 1egg
  9. Cocoa flavour
  10. 1 teaspoonglucose
  11. 1 teaspoongluten wheat flour

    Mix sugar and butter glucose and salt together

    Add the cocoa flour and flavour and water

    Mold to a ball

    Place in-between parchment paper and roll out then place in the freezer to harden

    Cut with a cookie cutter

    Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 165degrees until hard crispy
