In a bowl add greated paneer,boiled mashed, chopped ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, cashew nuts, almond, cornflour,salt & mix well.

Then make koftas.

Heat some oil,when oil is hot,add koftas & fry on medium flame,& fry till the koftas turn golden brown & crisp.

Take it out from the kadai.

In a frying pan heat some oil.

Add cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves & green cardamon & fry for 1/2mins.

Then add chopped onion salt & fry well.

Next add chopped tomato, ginger,garlic & fry another 3/4mins.

Then add cashew nuts & stir well.

Now add all masala,little water & stir well, & continue cooking for 2/3mins.

Now masala is ready, now puree the masala in a mixing jar & blend well.

In the same frying pan add blended masala & water mix well, & cook another 3/4mins.

Add salt, sugar as per your taste & mix well. & Cook for 2mins.

Next add garam masala powder & fenugreek leaves

Then add fresh cream, mix well.

Next switch off the flame then add koftas & mix carefully.

Malai korta curry is ready to serve with naan.
