Steps

Cut the cabbage,Carrots,take out some of the carrots and mix the cabbage and carrots with salad cream.

Cut the fish,mix in a bowl salt,curry and seasoning and rub on the fish and grill.

Parboil the rice and rinse

Fry onion,fresh tomatoes and sombo (blended),cury add water and boil then add salt,stock cubes,mixed spices then the parboiled rice.

Turn very well and cover to boil till is done.
