Quick pasta sauce for lunch to put on rice or pasta. Vegetarian 🌱 & even vegan if you don’t put any cheese or eggs (only veggies & spices). I think it would be amazing with tofu as well!

Cook the veggies in a pan. Start by putting some coconut oil in the pan, and cook the onions, garlic and ginger, and then add the brocolis, carrots, and celery.

Add the pilled tomatoes and sauce. Low heat cook and add spices like paprika, salt and pepper, coriander powder or just be creative.

Serve on the pasta, with parmesan cheese 🧀

So easy and so yummy! I you want you can add two eggs at the top for some protein. Miam 😋 enjoy
