  2. Onions
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Dhania
  5. Chillies
  6. Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the matumbo until soft

  2. 2

    Fry onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Add the matumbo to fry until they change their colour to golden brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and the cut chillies until they cook

  5. 5

    Add dhania for garnishing

  6. 6

    Ready to serve with whatever you want
