Add boiled and mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl

Now add poha, red chilli powder, salt,bhuna jeera powder and green coriander in a mixing bowl

Mix well, make tikki shape with the dough

Heat oil in a wok add tikki and deep fry till golden and crisp

Place in a serving bowl spread both chutney sprinkle chat masala.

Serve hot
