Ingredients

40-45mins
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3/4 cupcocoa
  • 3eggs
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cuphot water
  • 3/4 cupoil
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1tspn baking soda
  • 1tspn baking powder
  • 1tspn coffee
  • 2tspn essence

Steps

40-45mins
  1. 1

    Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and sugar then mix well

  2. 2

    Add oil and milk

  3. 3

    Separately beat eggs and essence then add to the flour mixture and whisk well

  4. 4

    Mix coffee and hot water then mix in the batter

  5. 5

    Bake for 40-45 mins at 180c
