Ingredients

4 servings
  • 750 gramchicken
  • 1.1/2 cupTomato puree
  • 5big onion chopped
  • 2 spoonginger - garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric
  • 2 spoonkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 spoonchicken masala
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • 1/2 spooncumin
  • 2clove
  • 1" cinnamon
  • 1bay leaf
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 4 spoonoil
  • 3 spooncream
  • 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan, put cumin, clove, bay leaves and cinnamon.

  2. 2

    Then add ginger - garlic paste cook till raw smell is gone.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped onion, fry untill golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add salt, turmeric, kashmiri mirch powder and coriander powder saute them for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add chicken cook on high flame for 5-6 min.

  6. 6

    Cover it and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

  7. 7

    Then add tomato pyuree, curry leaves, chicken masala mix well.

  8. 8

    Add 2 cup of water and let it cook for 10 minutes on slow flame.

  9. 9

    Add cream, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves stir gently and switch off the gas.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with rice, roti or naan.
