Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoonsred pesto
  • 1yellow pepper
  • 2 tablespoonParmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. 2

    Place chicken in oven proof dish. Smear pesto over chicken.

    Chop yellow pepper and place over chicken.

    Cook for 40 minutes.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Return to oven for 5 mins.

    Serve with green salad.
