Ingredients

  1. 100 gmPirandai
  2. 50 gmtamarind paste, 2 ts salt
  3. 3ts Urad dal, 3 ts mustard, 2 ts perungayam powder
  4. 2ts cooking oil, 6 red chilies, 2 ts sesame

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the pirandai into small pieces and fry into brown pieces,

  2. 2

    In another pan fry the other ingradients except tamarind paste.

  3. 3

    In a mixer grinder add all and mash into smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Thus Thuvayal is ready to taste.
