Ingredients

  • 100 grams hilsa
  • 2 pinchMustard Powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 2 pinchRed chilli
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 1 pinchCumin powder

Steps

    Mix All ingredients well with fish

    Marinate for 20 mins and keep aside.

    Then deep fry with mustard oil.Serve hot
