  • 400 gramsHilsa fish
  • As neededGreen chillies
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  • 6 tablespoonsMustard paste
  • 4 tablespoonsCoconut paste
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic paste
  • 1/2 cupMustard oil

Steps

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil fry garlic paste.

    Mix all ingredients & garlic with fish.

    Allow the fish to cook properly.
