  1. 400 gramsHilsa fish
  2. As neededGreen chillies
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  5. 6 tablespoonsMustard paste
  6. 4 tablespoonsCoconut paste
  7. 1 teaspoonGarlic paste
  8. 1/2 cupMustard oil

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil fry garlic paste.

    Mix all ingredients & garlic with fish.

    Allow the fish to cook properly.
