Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 1cucumber chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. To tasterock salt
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspChilli flakes
  7. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  8. As neededtamarind pulp soaked in water
  9. 1 tspchat Masala
  10. Handfulcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into desired size.Add all the spices, tamarind pulp,green chilli,coriander leaves and cucumber

  2. 2

    Mix it well.Adjust the masalas as per like and taste.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some Chilli flakes on top for the hot and tangy flavour.

  4. 4

    Your mouthwatering chat is ready to enjoy.
