Take a big bowl add milk powder,kuttu flour mix.

Then add little quantity of milk and make a smooth and lumpfree dough.Take a rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes make a same size balls,press and fill in one pc of raisin and roll on.

Take a wok add ghee,then ghee heat,then flame r slow pour gulab jamun one by one and fry for light golden colour.

Take a pan add sugar and water make a syrup then add gulab jamun boil in sugar syrup for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes Tasty and soft 2 gulab jamun is ready for eat.
