Mashed potatoes and peas,fried minced meat and fried vegies

Boil the green peas to half done,add the potatoes and let them cook together and add salt to taste. Once fully cooked,drain the excess water and mash them together using a masher or wooden spoon. As you mash add mergerin to flavour.

Boil the minced meat for at least 15minutes, add onions and little cooking oil,stir for 3mins...then add chopped green pepper and couchet and leave them to cook for another 20mins. Once ready add salt and some stew seasoning to taste

Add some onions and cooking oil into a frying pan, let it cook for 3mins add chopped carrots into the frying pan and stir for about 5mins, add the prepared cauliflower,stir and leave them to cook for 5mins.

Once all the foods are ready.. serve while hot and garnish with coriander.
