Ingredients

  1. 2 cansgarbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  2. 3 clovesgarlic peeled and roughly chopped
  3. 2 tbspdark brown sugar
  4. 2lemons juiced and zested
  5. save half the zest for garnish
  6. 3/4 cupsesame oil
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. 1/3 cupsriracha
  9. to tastekosher salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything into blender, puree until smooth

  2. 2

    Adjust to your taste, I added more sriracha

  3. 3

    Drizzle sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, lemon zest on top

  4. 4

    I used stacy's naked pita chips for dipping

  5. 5

    Add more water if too thick.

  6. 6

    Patron on the rocks with lemon zest, awesome, enjoy
