Add the oil in a pan and heat it for about 20 seconds.

Now add potatoes alongwith salt,red chilli and turmeric powder.

Cover the pan and let it cook for about 7 - 8 minutes.

After potatoes are cooked add 2 glass of water into the pan and heat it for 20 seconds.

Now add maggi and cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Then uncover the pan and add maggi masala into it. Cook until the water dry.

Then serve it in a nice plastic plate.
