Heat the ghee in pan on medium heat once hot add singhare ka atta, mix well.

Roast it with stirring continuously till it light brown in colour.it will take about 6-7 mint.

Now add hot water to the mix and stir as you add to avoid lumps.

Once water is almost absorbed(in about 2 min)add sugar.

Keep stirring and cooking till ghee starts from the halwa.

That time turn off the gas,halwa taiyar hai
