  • 2 cupsboiled rice
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 2 tspDesi ghee
  • as neededFew raisins and chopped almonds
  • as neededSaffron

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan, add water, sugar and boil.

  2. 2

    Add boiled rice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot garnished with raisins, almonds and saffron.
