This is the first time I made mochi. It's perfect for an afternoon snack with tea. Give it a try! Hope it turns out well! 😘😘

Mix the glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, and salt, then gradually add the coconut milk. Stir until well combined.

Divide the dough into 3 bowls. Add food coloring as desired.

Place the dough in heat-resistant plastic and steam. (Make sure the steamer is hot).

Steam for about 15-20 minutes until it looks transparent.

After steaming, remove the dough, let it cool slightly, and knead it (to prevent sticking, coat your hands with the toasted cornstarch).

Take a small piece of mochi dough, fill it with the chocolate peanut mixture. Shape into a ball and coat with cornstarch. Repeat until all the dough is used.

The mochi is ready to serve.
