Make batter using water and besan. It should be like pakoda batter and keep aside

Now make sugar syrup with sugar and 1 glass water of one string consistency. Add crushed elaichi seeds and keep aside

Now heat oil in a wok and make bundis with the help of poori strainer or jhar with which we strain pooris from oil.

Don't make boondis crisp. Strain them out without cooking them too much in the oil and dip them into sugar syrup

Remove these boondis from the sryup in the strainer till all the extra syrup comes out

Now garnish with Rose petals and tulsi leaves and serve
