Steps
- 1
Take bhajani in a large mixing bowl. You can prepare bhajani at home. Here I used readymade bhajani which is easily available in store.
- 2
Add grated potato, roasted peanut powder, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder. Mix well.
- 3
Add water and make a dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- 4
Take a pan grease with ghee or oil. Grease your palm with ghee or oil. Take a small size portion of dough.
- 5
Spread it on pan evenly. Make a whole in the Center. Pour some ghee in it.
- 6
Cover the pan and heat it on low flame for 5 minutes.
- 7
Remove the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the Thalipith. Pour some ghee over it and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- 8
Thalipith is ready. Serve it with butter, curd or lemon pickle.
