Heat oil and fry the paneer

Soak the paneer into warm milk with sugar

Now add oil and temper whole garam masalas

Add ginger garlic and saute well

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and saute well till it is soft

Now switch off and cool it down

Dry roast the cashew-raisins and add into the fried masalas and grind into fine paste adding raisins

Heat butter and add the masalas and saute well adding salt,red chilli Powder and mix well

Add paneer and mix well adding milk
