Wash carrots,peel them and grate. Take a pan add ghee and carrot stir them for few minutes in low flame.When carrot changes little colour add milk to it and cook in medium flame,but add milk little by little not all together.

When the milk is absorbed,crumble mawa and mix it and mix sugar,add dryfruits powder,cardamon powder and dry it.Mix properly.Now add chopped dryfruits and garnish.Enjoy these winter with these Halwa.
