Heat a deep bottom pan, add oil, garlic and ginger stir fry for a minute, add white part of green onions and cook for 3 minutes, now add broth and miso paste and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Add cabbage and let it wilt, about 5 minutes, now add tofu, turn heat off, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Garnish with green onions and serve
